Orthopreneurs is one of the leaders in non-traditional education for orthodontists. When they came to use they had two goals in mind, #1 to transition their live event to virtual, and #2 to launch a new online training program. We helped them do both and it was wildly successful. Nearly 1,000 orthodontists attended their online event, including dozens of sponsors, and they were able to launch their online training program on the tail end of it, and quickly sell HUNDREDS of courses!

Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery contacted us when the COVID-19 pandemic was just getting underway. They were scrambling to pivot in a new direction for their annual in-person event, and contacted us to discuss options for a virtual event. The timeline was extremely tight with just 60 days until the scheduled event, but the team at CR was motivated to get their message out, and that gave us the same fire to get this project done. In just sixty days we were able to help them plan and execute a powerful virtual event. We were able to profitably sell over 17,000 tickets to the event and pulled it all off without pulling out too much hair.

Home Service Super Summit

Our client Brandon Vaughn had a vision...to get the Guinness World Record for the largest 7-day business conference. The problem? Banned ad accounts, rapid approaching deadlines, and plenty of other complications that had to be handled..but as is usually the theme with our clients, Brandon was motivated, and kept his eye on the prize. Together we got him a new Facebook ads account setup, we helped push tens of thousands of viewers to his event, secure several amazing industry sponsors, sell multiple 6 figures in tickets and programs....and....drum roll please...secure the Guinness World Record for the largest 7-day business conference!!

IA MED

When IA MED came to us they were going through some huge transitions in their business, and needed a marketing team to just "take care of it all". They sold educational courses and though business was steady, they wanted to see growth. There was one major problem when we started working with them. Their cost per customer was very high, making scalability tough, and profitability tight, and they really only had one product which was their primary training course. We helped them develop a funnel that focused on low cost lead acquisition at the top of the funnel ($2 / lead and less!), and two new middle of the funnel products that were purely digital. As a result we were able to acquire customers for FREE (yes, seriously), and sell more training programs with a higher profit margin. IA MED has continued to be a dominant force in their industry and is growing by the day!
